Bangabandhu Sheik Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University was set up in 1998, which is a state support state funded college in Bangladesh. The University is arranged at Salna, Gazipur, other than of Dhaka-Mymensingh interstates, 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) from Gazipur locale base camp, 9.5 kilometers (5.9 mi) from Joydebpur Chourasta.
