SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal to your company—things that you have some control over and can change. Who should do a SWOT analysis?

External factors

External forces influence and affect every company, organization, and individual. Whether these factors are connected directly or indirectly to an opportunity (O) or threat (T), it is important to note and document each one.

Strength-

  4. permanent office and home
  5. Remote workability

Opportunity-

  1. Grow to utilize ability (people & money) and we can hire wisely with the plan.
  2. Make friends & business investor
  3. Make more connections with People
  4. Can utilize the proper advantage of all people
  5. opportunity to implement proper digital marketing in the proper place.

Weakness-

  1. Can’t show fake care
  2. Can’t show off own as extraordinary
  3. Can’t show off the win-win situation
  4. Missing smile & talk ability
  5. Always less security on my hand

Threat-

  1. People take advantage more than us
  2. People steel idea & privacy from us
  3. Trust People easily
  4. Don’t mark the problem for a lifetime, forget previous matter due to making note
  5. Share personal thoughts and information on work processing time, its effect on privacy

Action Plan-

  1. Mark opportunity+weakness+threat
  2. Increase own security
  3. show fake care smartly
  4. smile & talk more with how what, why with helping hand and confidence
  5. close all threat
