BRAC Bank has partnered with the women’s entrepreneurs forum Nibedita to promote the bank’s women’s banking proposition(TARA).
BRAC Bank participated in the Nibedita Women Entrepreneurs Summit at BARD in Cumilla on 31 August 2019 and discussed the benefits and facilities. TARA can provide to women, according to a recent press release of the bank.
More than 300 women entrepreneurs participated in the daylong summit and shared business tips.And discussed how to expand their business with the help of networking and social media platforms. The young women entrepreneurs connected through the Facebook group Nibedita. With a view to learn and help each other in order to succeed in business especially in F-commerce and E-commerce.
The press release said that BRAC Bank TARA will conduct engagement sessions with all the members of Nibedita on entrepreneurship and the forum will promote TARA among its members. TARA will provide banking solutions to Nibedita members to help them expand their businesses.
Taher Hasan Al Mamun(Regional Head, Cumilla and Dhaka South Region)and Mehruba (Reza Senior Product Manager),Women Banking Segment TARA,BRAC Bank presented TARA’s offers at the summit. Khairun Nessa Kona (Anika)Nasima Akter Nisa(Director-ECab and founder of WE)were also present.
BRAC Bank is the first bank in the industry to launch a women banking. Proposition with a 360-degree approach to meet all banking and financial needs of individuals and business women with tailor-made solutions. TARA regularly organises workshops, trainings, health awareness sessions as part of its capacity-building and networking initiative for its customers.
